hi

i made this section to make able for all memebers to
request one of this things :
1- changing your user name, changing password, E-Mails, Avatars...
2- adding new forums, if you see that we need more sections.
3- moderating one or two...of our sections.
4- Deleting you acount ( with your reason why you want delet it )
5- Start from begining with 0 post & topic
6- Modify or delet one of your posts & topics (specifie)
7- we will execut all logical requests

Condition :
if you want to request any thing :
1- you must have more than 50 Post.
2- you must be member more than one mounth.

--> For requesting, please open new topics
