In the last time, many members reply in topics just by Emoticons...
we are looking to improve the forum not the inverse, and here is the new ruls about that, the member who still reply by emoticons only will aply this punishement :

1- 1st time, we'll warn you
2- 2cd time, we'll stop your privat message for 1 mounth
3- 3rd time, we'll ban you 2 weeks
4- 4th time, ban for 1 mounth
5- In 5th time we'll ban you for ever

Cuation: please do not force us to aply it
